Waynetown -- Mrs. Zelma May Wilhite, 67, died at an Evansville Hospital at 7:50 p. m. Thursday. She had been there six months. She was born May 18, 1898, in Eddyville, Iowa to Charles and Amelia Toops Jones. She ws married Dec 10, 1915 to Luther O. Wilhite. He died in 1958. She was a member of the Englewood Baptist Church and attended school at Paris, Ill. She lived at Bowling Green the past 20 years and before that in Chicago. Survivors include a son, Homer of Rt. 1, Boling Green; four brothers, John of Seattle, Wash; Ambrose of San Diego; Charles of Decatur, Ill and Warren Chrisman of Anderson. Services will be at 2 p. m. Sunday at Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown. Rev. Myron HInton will officiate. Burial will be in Wilhite Cemetery easet of Wingate. Fiends may call at the funeral home after 5 p. m. Saturday. -- kbz
